1. Please note that EAC follows the American school calendar which begins in August and ends in June. Therefore, children coming from schools with different calendars (e.g. January-November) will be placed in the grade they are currently attending (if enrolled in the beginning of the EAC school year), or in the grade which he/she has just completed (if enrolled in the second semester in EAC). Final decision for grade placement rests with the school.
2. EAC will not consider applicants for admissions for the 12th grade (senior) year. This includes students who had previously been enrolled at EAC but who withdrew in order to participate in a cultural exchange or whose family moved out of the Campinas area. This information is consistent with our 'regimento' (Brazilian Program policy).
